These terms govern your purchase and use of the Instagram Se Paise Kaise Kamaye masterclass and its accompanying resources ("the course"), sold by Shadab Rao ("we", "us") at [YOURDOMAIN.com]. By buying or accessing the course, you agree to them.

What you are buying

A single payment of ₹299 gives one person lifetime access to a recorded 60-minute masterclass and seven downloadable resources. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no live session included.

Your licence

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view the material and use the resources for your own projects. You may not:

Access may be withdrawn without refund if the material is shared or resold.

Intellectual property

All content — video, text, templates, sheets and frameworks — remains the property of Shadab Rao. Buying access does not transfer ownership. You are, of course, free to use what you learn in your own business.

No income guarantee

This is educational material, not a business opportunity or an investment. We make no promise, guarantee or projection of earnings.

Any figures, screenshots or results shown on the sales page or inside the course are records of what has happened on our own accounts. They are not typical, not promised, and not a prediction of your outcome. Earnings from Google AdSense, affiliate programmes or any other source depend on your niche, audience, traffic volume and quality, content, effort, timing, platform policy changes, and many factors outside anyone's control. Most people who buy an online course do not earn money from it.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and results.

Third-party platforms

The course discusses Instagram, Google AdSense, affiliate networks, hosting providers and other third-party services. We do not control them. Their rules, payouts, approval criteria and availability can change or be withdrawn at any time, and any of them may reject or terminate your account for reasons unrelated to this course. You must follow each platform's own terms — including AdSense programme policies and affiliate disclosure requirements in your country.

Payment

Payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not receive or store your card or bank details. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refunds

The course is non-refundable. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the full position and for how delivery failures and duplicate charges are handled.

Availability

We aim to keep access available continuously but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting, delivery platforms and payment providers may occasionally be unavailable. We may update or improve the course content over time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid — ₹299. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or costs incurred acting on the material.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy the course.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at [YOUR CITY], [YOUR STATE] have exclusive jurisdiction.
